Industrial gas is pretreated by desulfurization, dust removal, water removal and cooling (pressurization if necessary), electric detarring and other pretreatments as fuel for Liyu gas engines. The gas engine drives the generator to generate electricity. The engine exhaust needs to be denitrified when necessary to achieve nitrogen oxide emission standard.

Multiple gas generator sets can be integrated into a single power generation unit, and a single power generation unit is a small power station, which can generate electricity when connected to industrial gas.

After dehydration, dust removal, boosting, and pressure stabilization, the gas is supplied to Liyu gas generator sets as fuel. The gas drives engine pistons, generating electricity while allowing waste heat recovery for heating. Coal mines typically contain coal mine gas and abandoned methane, which can be efficiently used for power and heat generation. Utilizing these gases supports energy conservation, reduces emissions, improves mine safety, lowers greenhouse gases, and delivers significant economic, environmental, and social benefits.

Natural gas, one of the cleanest and most efficient fuels, is directly supplied to gas engines through pipelines. The engines drive generators to produce electricity for industrial and domestic use, while recovered thermal energy meets on-site heating demands. Through lithium bromide units, waste heat can also support cooling, forming CCHP systems. Natural gas power generation improves energy efficiency, reduces waste, lowers greenhouse gas emissions, and supports sustainable energy development.

Biogas utilization begins with collecting organic materials, which are pre-treated and fermented to produce biogas. After desulfurization, dehydration, dust removal, and pressurization, the gas is supplied to Liyu gas engines for power generation. The electricity can be used on-site or fed into the grid, while recovered heat supports equipment or facility heating. Using biogas enables efficient organic waste utilization, reduces emissions, and maximizes economic and energy benefits.

Biomass utilization starts with collecting raw materials like wood chips and straw, which undergo catalytic thermal decomposition to produce methane-rich biomass gas. The gas is cooled, purified, stored, and pressurized before entering Liyu gas engines, where it drives generators to produce electricity. Char-based fertilizer from pyrolysis can be used for agriculture, while exhaust gases are recycled for waste heat recovery. This process efficiently manages organic solid waste and creates a sustainable energy regeneration cycle.
